This policy is a guide to the reservation and acceptable use of Bethel Atlanta facilities (rooms, spaces, resources).
Any individual who uses a Bethel Atlanta facility must comply with this policy.
This policy is a set of guidelines that serves to ensure a consistent experience for everyone who uses a facility at Bethel Atlanta, and to protect and promote longevity of facilities through proper care, waste disposal, and cleaning protocols.
Every facility has an intended condition that needs to be maintained by all who engage in its use.
Every facility has an intended location to be kept.
Every facility has an intended scope of use.
Every facility has a standard of cleanliness and organization to be maintained.
The following guidelines are meant to be followed in conjunction with the Facility Care Checklist.
Users must receive approval prior to using a facility.
Users may only use facilities they have received prior approval to use.
Users must return facilities to their intended condition upon conclusion of use.
Users must remove personal items from facilities upon conclusion of use.
Users must complete the Facility Care Checklist upon conclusion of use.
The Redwood Room may be reserved by Directors, Overseers, and members of the Senior Leadership Team, for Bethel Atlanta related office work during the following hours:
Monday 3:30pm - 8:00pm
Tuesday 3:30pm - 8:00pm
Wednesday 3:30pm - 8:00pm
Thursday Not Available
Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday 8:00am - 8:00pm
Sunday 1:00pm - 5:00pm
During office hours, Monday - Wednesday, 9:00am - 3:00pm, the Redwood Room is available as a communal work area for all Bethel Atlanta Team Members for Bethel Atlanta related office work.
The Oak Room may be reserved by Overseers, and members of the Senior Leadership Team, for Bethel Atlanta related office work during the following hours:

Tuesday 3:30pm - 8:00pm
Wednesday 3:30pm - 8:00pm
Thursday 8:00am - 8:00pm (be mindful of Bethel Health appointments downstairs)
Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm

During office hours, Monday - Wednesday, 9:00am - 3:00pm, the Oak Room is available to Overseers and members of the Senior Leadership Team for branch meetings, and meetings called by a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
The Maple, Pine, and Willow Room may be reserved by Directors, Overseers, and members of the Senior Leadership Team, for Bethel Atlanta related office work during the following hours:

While an office is available, it may be used by individuals, on a first come first serve basis for Bethel Atlanta related office work.
The Birch, Magnolia, and Palm Room may be reserved by Overseers, and members of the Senior Leadership Team, for Bethel Atlanta related office work during the following hours:

After using a facility, please complete the following Facility Care Checklist to certify that you have restored the facility to its intended condition.
All personal items have been removed.
All trash has been disposed of in a trash receptacle.
If enough wasted was generated to fill the trash receptacle(s), or food was disposed of, trash has been taken out and the trash liner has been replaced.
All food and beverage items have been removed from the refrigerator.
NOTE: Please do not leave anything in the refrigerator with the intention of allowing others to use it. Though the intentions are good, more often than not, it results in food and beverages going bad, and leaves a mess for someone else to clean up.
All debris generated has been swept up.
All spills have been cleaned up.
All furniture items and resources have been returned to their intended location.
All available supplies have been replenished. (If no supplies are available, please submit a supply request.)
If any damages occurred to rooms or resources, please report them by submitting a maintenance request.
All rooms and resources used have been restored to their intended condition.
